How RedesignProfile handles data

This policy explains what RedesignProfile stores, why it is used, and how account, links, analytics, billing, workspace, and integration data are handled. Last updated May 2, 2026.

What RedesignProfile Collects

We collect the information needed to create and operate your account, including name, email address, username, authentication provider, plan, subscription status, workspace membership, API keys, webhook settings, notifications, and link records you create.

Links And Public Redirects

When you create a branded profile link, we store the slug, destination URL, active status, owner, workspace, and timestamps. Active public links redirect visitors to the destination URL. Inactive or missing links may show a public unavailable page.

Analytics And Technical Data

We record real public click events and basic technical metadata such as referrer, timestamp, approximate country when available, and a protected IP-derived value for abuse prevention and aggregate analytics. Manual verification checks are intended to be excluded from click totals.

Billing And Payments

Paid subscriptions may be processed by Freemius or another payment provider. RedesignProfile may store plan, subscription status, license, customer, purchase, and renewal identifiers. Payment card numbers, billing credentials, invoices, and checkout security are handled by the payment provider.

Workspaces And Team Features

If you use workspaces, invitations, roles, or team access, we store workspace names, membership, invitations, roles, and related activity needed to provide collaboration and access control.

Webhooks, API Keys, And Integrations

If you configure API keys, webhooks, or integrations, we store the configuration you provide, including webhook URLs, selected events, generated secrets, key prefixes, hashed key material, delivery state, and related audit data.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, create profiles and workspaces, operate redirects, verify link status, enforce plan limits, provide analytics, process billing state, prevent abuse, secure accounts, troubleshoot bugs, and support requested features.

Service Providers

We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, billing, email delivery, analytics, and infrastructure. These providers process data only as needed to operate RedesignProfile and related services.

Security And Access

We use account authentication, row-level access controls, server-side checks, protected service credentials, and operational logging to reduce unauthorized access. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to what is needed.

Data Retention

We keep account, link, analytics, workspace, billing state, and operational records as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or billing obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable backups.

Your Choices

You can update profile details, create or delete links, deactivate links, remove API keys and webhooks, change plans, and manage billing from the dashboard or payment provider portal where available.

Account Deletion And Data Requests

For deletion, export, correction, privacy, or billing-data questions, contact the RedesignProfile site owner or support contact. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, tax, billing, backup, or legal reasons.
